Trying to switch days and request off just to be available for his school plays, ball games, birthdays parties....! Trying to take care of a newborn too....a change was needed!
This year....I make my schedule. I take off when I want how I want. I work normal hours based on what is normal and workable for My family. I am happier than I ever thought possible, and all I need to do to
